After obtaining a couple of quotes for my roof, Olivia was most cordial and thorough as she answered my questions. Selection was based on the online reviews, price point, and Olivia's most helpful and professional support. Upon selection, she emailed me the required documents (I was 400 miles away) with clear and concise instructions. The job was performed as scheduled and only took one day (small home). Cleanup was thorough and the end result was a beautiful new roof in a color that complemented the house nicely. Overall a great experience, I recommend them.
Please note: it appears this company may be out of business. When I sold my home in January 2017, Milbar had not removed the contractor lien on my home. Attempts to contact the company were fruitless, and their offices in Dade City were closed, signs removed. It was resolved by the title company.

My entire experience with Milbar was great. I actually got a pretty good education on the benefits and drawbacks of the different roofs from Olivia in the front office and was very comfortable with the decision I made in light of our talk. They got the job done when they said they would and it looked great when it was finished. Glad I didn't wait to get it done as the relentless rains showed up right after the job. I got the best price from them and don't feel like the quality of the job was compromised at all. Good people.

We liked the new roof that MilBar put on a neighbor's home so we asked the neighbor about it. He was pleased with the reroofing job and the price. We called MilBar and Olivia returned our call the same day. She was very helpful with all our questions. We were told up front there might be a cost for more wood replacement, because we had at least a couple boards that had rotted out and they quoted us a great price.The crew came in the mornings and each day left our yard just as clean as we had it. We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend MilBar to anyone who needs a roof.

When we went to research roofing contractors to replace our existing roof, Milbar was on the short list of contractors we made out, primarily because it was a local company that had positive reviews almost everywhere we inquired. Called them first for an estimate, and they came out at the time they gave us. James looked at our needs, listened to our requirements, and took the roof measurements. Olivia called the next day and also emailed a very detailed cost estimates for two different options based upon the shingle material we chose, and everything that was included in that price estimate. We were pleased with the estimates and what was included for the each price given. The only unknown variable would be the cost of any wood replacement that may be required because they would not be able to fully estimate that cost until old roof was removed to see what exactly would be required. This was completely understandable, and we knew that there were issues that needed to taken care of. They did give us their charges though (on their written estimate) for any wood replacement. This included all labor and material per sheet of plywood, and per linear foot of 2x4, trim board and facia of any wood work. They even verbally gave me a ball park price of what we mutually THOUGHT might be worst case scenario. Happy to say those final costs were well below that worst case scenario we verbally discussed, and there was no surprise on the final finished cost of the entire project. Based upon the estimate, positive reviews and fantastic communication by Olivia, we never contacted any other contractor. Trust me, this is not something I EVER do when making big dollar decisions, but it felt right. I cannot emphasize enough about how well informed Olivia kept us every step of the way, again both by phone calls and email. This included estimates, Notice Of Commencement, building permits, delivery of materials, date of expected work, change of work date due to obvious weather issues, county building inspector in progress inspections and final inspection, and finally the final bill for work done. NOTE: Olivia is a HUGE asset to this company and she could not have been nicer to work with. The crew of two were prompt, polite, knowledgeable and kept the job site relatively well clean of debris, responded to additional request we had, and did a great job overall. In summary we are extremely happy with everyone we had contact with, the communication throughout the whole process, the work that was done, as well as the look and the final cost of the new roof. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again and would recommend based our pleasant overall experience.

I needed a new roof on my home in Zephyrhills and contacted MilBar Roofing for a quote. After receiving the quote I went over it with Olivia. See answered every question that I had. She gave me a firm date that the work would be completed ( if the weather cooperated ). The worked started at 8:00 am and was completed around 2 :00 pm. The crew of 4 did a wonderful and professional job. I would highly recommend MilBar Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. They gave me a great price and professional work. GREAT COMPANY.
