(May 28, 2022, 9:54 am)First, the staff is very helpful in giving good advice, I have always found their products to be first rate. They do need to furnish more shipping information once the item has shipped, tracking numbers, time of shipment etc.
(March 8, 2021, 10:50 am)Great customer service! Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional when I need to talk to them directly. Have made multiple orders for starter cultures and whenever I have a question they have an answer and a product to fit my needs. The only downside is you never get a tracking number and it's always a guessing game as to when your package is going to show up. For some this may not be a problem, but my neighbor is known for porch pirates and I NEED to know when my packages are coming so they don't get stolen.
