I wish I could remember the officer's name I spoke with through the non-emergency line. He was incredible when he didn't have to be. I called about an airboat on the swamp area on my property and he was awesome in identifying that it was mosquito control. He also explained how the laws work for waterways in Florida, which I didn't know and helps me and my neighbors. He spent a good 5 minutes just being helpful with questions I've had since I moved here (and he didn't have to do this at all!). He could have simply said it's mosquito control and hung up. Instead, he even explained what they're doing and what to look for to be able to identify their vehicles other than boats.

Sir, if you ever read this - thank you. My neighbors and I have been trying to figure who to contact and get answers from for a while and we always got sent somewhere else. You not only answered all of those questions, you did it kindly .

Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and level of service. The facility is easy to locate and notice on Route 52 just west of Dade City. It is well maintained and an asset to the east Pasco County community. We must thank these officers and staff for their tireless service to our community.
