Coach helps not from place of authority but a humble warm human being, shares own experience on the journey of weight loss and understands struggle, understands how hard it is. There are no injections or medications involved. Learning good habits for life. I lost 18.5LB in 3 months. I discovered bad habits I was not aware of. I highly recommend this program to improve health and wellbeing.

I really like this program. I am new to it but it seems to be working well for me. Jessica is a wonderful coach and follows up with me. I had the lap band for many years and it became eroded and I gained weight back. This program is easy to follow and I enjoy the food. I highly recommend it.
