My husband, Gerald F McDonnell and I would like to state how impressed we were with the service we received from Lincare. My husband who has suffered from severe sleep apnea for over 20 years was in desperate need of a new machine. We had tried another local company (won't mention name) but they were horrible. My husband's insurance company approved for a brand new machine only to get to this one company who tried to give my husband a older and dirty machine that had been used. The tubing they tried to give us was not even proper for this older machine. So we turned to Lincare. I was a bit skeptical because of previous reviews but let me tell you they hooked my husband up! Jennifer the manager reached out to us first saying we will take care of your husband. Shortly after we got a call from Robert who is specialty equipment tech and honestly I wasn't sure what to expect when we met Robert. His professionalism and the way he handled the setting up of the NEW equipment for my husband was outstanding! He explained everything in detail. It was the best service we have received in the twenty years of being on a CPAP machine. He went above and beyond! Making sure my husband was set up properly. We are so grateful to Lincare and especially to Robert for the care my husband received from them. Robert's professionalism and compassion was more than we could have ever asked for. Thank you Robert and Jennifer, we are so grateful!!!
