(October 18, 2022, 5:29 pm)Able to manage everything from reservation to move-out online and via the app without any issues. I rented a unit for ten months, and everything went well throughout my rental time. There was one occasion when I had not locked my unit correctly, and management called to let me know so that I could fix it and ensure my items were secure. I appreciate them letting me know.

Otto went above and beyond today for me and it was closing time. You would have thought i was the first customer of the day. Just so pleasent and accommodating. The units are clean and the facility is secure and easily accessible. I feel very fortunate that I had such a fine facility so close to our new home. I recommend them highly.
