This place is very nicely kept. I love living here, but there is a problem with parking, as many others have mentioned. If you plan on buying in here, make sure that you won't be using your garage as storage for personal items, but for your car. If you have more than 2 cars, expect issues with parking. Personally I feel that if everyone in this community cleaned out their garages and placed a vehicle in it, we wouldn't have this problem, but it is what it is!

This is a lovely community. But the town-home subdivision is impossible to live in if you have two cars. They tow cars that are parked in the street, or in the drive ways if they are crossing the sidewalk. It's insane. I can't wait to move.
