I had an appointment with dr Shepos. My husband ,since we had only gone to the land o lakes office, automatically drove me there. Found out that on that day she was at heir other office by usf. The secretary called the other office and explained what happened. Dr. Shepos said she would wait for us. After around 30 minutes we arrivedthere and everyone was so nice from the ladies behind the front desk to the tech and dr. Shepos herself. I was not rushed and she gave. Me a sample of one of the medicines she. Prescribed that she told us she’d of time that the insurance co. Would probably fight it. But I was told to contact her while waiting for a decision and she would give me more.

Dr. Shepos attended to all of my concerns and explained everything so I fully understood what was happening with my eyes. She is highly recommended.
