  The tech arrived on time. He was well groomed and friendly. We were greeted pleasantly and he wearing a clean uniform and a face mask. Our initial impression was one of "professionalism ". He then recapped the work he was about to begin and asked if we had questions. We did, he answered. Then he started the job. For the next hour or so he worked constantly. His task complete, he explained his work and asked if we had questions. We did not.
  
  Hiring skilled workers is always a tricky business. Sadly, "professional" and "responsive" are terms that apply all too infrequently. But happily, they are words that are easily used to describe the Cornerstone Pros. We have now used this company five times. They do not disappoint and we recommend them without reservation.

  I am in the market for a new air conditioning system. Gary B. presented 4 proposals that were fully explained. He listened to my personal situation, needs, and developed a plan just for me. I was amazed at the discounts and high quality service. The sales/transactions were totally done by phone and email with high quality attachments. He was very transparent and honest.   July 2021 - Still my go-to team. Called and got my water heater replaced so quick it was like a dream!
  
  2021 - Still top notch. Still incredibly helpful, honest, and dealing with real folks. They'll give you the good news, the bad news, and the way forward. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is to have a long-standing relationship with a business that respects its customers. I recommend them to friends in the area, and some outside of the area are really jealous when I talk about your team!
  
  Mike came in today to fix some valves in my guest bathroom after a D-I-Y project ran into unexpected difficulty. He was professional, friendly, and fast - in and out in no time at all.
  
  2017 - Reese came over to get me a quote on a water softener. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know exactly what he was quoting me on and tested my water. Love this company.

  I called Cornerstone Pros on a Sunday evening after discovering water bubbling up from the ground on the side of my home. A technician promptly came out and quickly resolved the issue. Cameron really put our family at ease and even made some suggestions for things we could do to prolong the life of the pipes. Great service, and I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Pros.

  Daniel did a great job. He was here for our maintenance check up. He was very thorough. I would recommend Daniel and Cornerstone Pros for your A/C needs.
  
  Scott came back the next day to put in the part that Daniel had ordered the prior day. Scott did a great job. Was very thorough and made sure everything was working before he left.
