Dave showed up promptly and got right to work. He replaced all the "guts" of one of our toilets. Definitely count me as a repeat customer, and I will recommend him to any of our friends!

Excellent service, quick to respond and quality work. I am very grateful to Brooks Plumbing for fixing leaks, installing new faucets and going the extra mile. I kept adding things on for them to take care of and they just took it in stride and got it all done.

About 6 weeks ago we hired Dave Brooks based on the recommendation of several neighbors to sweat-in some copper tubing under our kitchen sink and rework the pipes due to a remodel. A couple weeks later, we had him back to replace a shower valve and toilet flapper valve and install the new faucet at our sink and shower fixtures after having it retiled/remodeled. Last week we invited him back out to change our water heater, as it just wasn't keeping up with the demand anymore. Let me tell you what we noticed and appreciated about Dave. He was available, punctual, neatly presentable, respectful, courteous, adequately equipped, highly knowledgeable and skilled, worked quickly and efficiently, kept his work area clean, worked around other trades well, did exactly as promised, used quality parts, and communicated well. He also backs all his work in writing. If these things matter to you, then Dave is your man. We found his rates to be standard for his industry, and know that you get what you pay for in a trade. Is plumbing expensive? It can be. But so can a botched job by someone who is not properly trained, rushed, or using inferior parts/materials. We were not taking any chances with our brand new all wood cabinets. And we know that Dave Brooks Plumbing will be around for years to come, so that brings peace of mind.

You won't find a better plumber anywhere! Dave rebuilt 2 toilets for me today. Both were old and needed a lot of work. I was so happy he was able to repair them instead of having to replace one or both. He arrived early for our appointment, repaired both toilets in record time, and cleaned up after himself. Excellent work and great prices. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Truly a professional!!!!

Dave did an amazing job cleaning out my drains. I had a major drain issue but he was confident he could correct my issue and sure enough he did. He made it look effortless and kept everything clean as he went about his work so at the end you never knew he was here and my drains ran free. I will differentially use Brooks plumbing in the future and recommend them to my friends. Thanks for a great job well done Dave.
