Mitchell Collision repair has the system and process DIALED. They were extremely friendly from the time the appointment was scheduled all the way until the pickup. They texted me every single step of the process with updates as to how long the repairs would take. 10/10 would recommend. They even detailed my Tesla afterwards. They are Tesla certified and all of the work is lifetime warrantied. Loved doing business with this company.

There's an extremely large amount of collision and automobile repair centers in the city of Tampa and the surrounding areas but I've recently come across Mitchell's collision repair company by reference from a rental car agency because I needed to get a repair done quickly and most places had long turn around dates, at least a month to even initiate the process of repair. Mitchell's said repairs would begin within two weeks of drop off and thats exactly what took place. The work was done properly and you couldn't tell that there was even an imperfection at one time. Thanks Mitchell's for handling that business for me......

Honestly haven't had such a great customer service experience in a long time. The staff were happy to be there, friendly, and had a sense of humor. They have my car now and I trust that they'll do an excellent job. Will be using them for all my future auto body needs.

One of the only certified Tesla repair centers around me. Found them on Tesla’s website and took a random shot on them and they didn’t disappoint. Great service. Quick turnaround. Clean facility with good staff. The owner DJ was personally involved in the repair, estimate and went to bat for me with State Farm on getting more covered by them. Will use them for any other issues
