The whole process from beginning to end was very easy to navigate. Tiki was very helpful and so kind when she came to drop of my brother's cremains. It was so nice to find a no-frills, affordable cremation service. When things like this happen suddenly, it can hard to come up with the funds. And the fact that they hand deliver the ashes is just such a special and personal touch.
