The products are consistently to specifications and in the rare instance of an error it is fixed in an expedited fashion.

I have worked here at soule company now for over 20 years,and I can say this a great place to work. No benefits really and they could do better about keeping up with personal reviews and raises, but overall this has been the best place I've ever worked. The atmosphere is great, the co workers are all friendly and nice, and I have no complaints about management at all.
We make quality products for the medical field and packaging supplies for various business.
I recommend Soule as a good place to work, and also for any medical or packaging services.
