My husband and I visited Go Wireless to purchase a new phone for myself. Ron was the only employee there yet he provided excellent customer service. He explained the differences in the 2 phones I was looking at and helped me decide. He transfered all my data from my old LG phone to my new Galaxy s21 fe seamlessly. I was worried about losing info as I had when we switched from Samsung to LG but he did everything expertly. He answered all of our questions and the deals available were so good that my husband decided to trade in his phone as well.

I have been a Verizon customer since the 90's Just upgraded phones once again.Ron at this store gave my wife and the best service we have ever received, his knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated. If your looking to sign up or upgrade this is the place to go.
