(August 20, 2020, 9:29 pm)I LOVE Vision Quest! Dawn's classes are always different and interesting. There are so many modifications available that they stay challenging for all fitness levels. I reached my body goals in only a few months and still amaze myself at the strength, endurance and muscle definition I am still achieving. My favorite part about VQ is the support and care I get from every trainer and the people that attend! Any time you are feeling down on yourself, there are at least 50 people that will listen to your concerns and encourage you to get back to your best self. Surrounding yourself with motivating, positive people has definitely raised my self esteem and confidence. VQ had made me better inside and out.
