For Sunday night dinner we were looking for a place to have dinner and we searched around us. We ordered online through doordash and picked up the order from Osaka Express. We picked up the order in 10-15 minutes and it was ready. Every food we ordered was hot and seems like it was freshly made. For the dinner we ordered Fried Gyoza, Miso Soup, Krab Rangoon, Hibachi Chicken with Rice, Hibachi Shrimp with Rice and Hibachi Shrimp with Noodles. First we started with soup, gyoza and krab rangoon. All the food items were tasty and delicious especially krab rangoon. It was freshly cooked and amazing. Then we started with Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp. We loved our food and food was delicious and tasty. Loved the food and service.
First time here and ordering poke is a little confusing as I walked in and waited under an "Order Here" sign to be told I needed to fill out a card with my choices. The service is not necessary bad, but it's not spectacular as I wasn't greeted or given queues as to what I was supposed to do next. The tuna poke bowl itself was amazing! Super fresh, very generous with the topping choices and amounts. The service was very quick and there were a ton of to go orders being picked up by Uber Eats. Overall, I'm sure my second experience will not as confusing and just as delicious!
Good food (had poke, hibachi, and spring rolls), and prices were reasonable (averaging bit over $10/person with drinks); the owner (?) even gave suggestions on our orders that might taste better. Free Wi-Fi as well.
I liked the ordering process for the poke bowls (menu is laminated and you use a marker to check which ingredients you want, sorta like Which Wich).
My main complaint would be for the hibachi chicken, the amount of chicken was pretty small (especially compared to the serving sizes at Hibachi Express in Wesley Chapel), the poke bowls though were more than large enough with even the 1 protein size.
