I have been a customer of Quality Plus for at least 5 years. Tina and Laurie at this location always greet you with a smile and make the process of drop off and pickup very easy and enjoyable. The clothing is always back when scheduled and done professionally. If you are new in the area or thinking about trying a different cleaners try this location and you will experience what I have. Excellent service. Had one occurrence where the register tape ran out and the woman working behind the counter could not figure out how to change it. She stayed calm and patient while talking with a supervisor on the phone getting directions on how to change it. Other customers came in and were showing no patience and were rude with her. She stayed calm and put her best customer service face on. Clothes are always ready on time, shirts/pants come out great, and they are friendly.
