Don't even consider taking your system to the Big Box store filled with folks who know nothing about small business owners concerns.
Have a virus on your system or addware and are stuck....they fix that kind of thing too.
I recently had my Primary Biz laptop down and out and Rob had me on my happy way in no time. Highly Highly recommend!! . .
