This company was very professional at servicing my needs and above all handled everything in a professional way even when a few obstacles got in the way. I would recommend them highly and will do business with them again.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we contacted or had contact with was polite and professional, and did everything. They said they were going to do in a quick and timely manner. We definitely will use them again in the future. from the start to the finish, our closing was final within two weeks. I didn’t think that was possible but it definitely is with home options.

Out of all the cash buyer real estate companies out there I happened to call just one and that was all I needed because Dan and Shaun with Home Options were compassionate and also generous with their offer and their time finding the perfect investor for my situation. Deceased mothers' condo closed in 2 weeks. They explained the process so even I could understand it and although they did not purchase the unit they did find the perfect gracious and intelligent investor to make the transition from doubt and apprehension on my part to complete satisfaction and peace of mind knowing it may have been luck or a guardian angel that led me to these people. Home Options super came through for me! They made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Did everything they said they would. I must say I was a bit skeptical that they could actually close on a house as quickly as they said they could. Well, I am no longer skeptical. They Did!!
