I was looking for specific car in a specific color and had very little luck. I found one in Evans, Ga at Evans KIA. I made the drive over an hour with financing in hand and all that needed to be done was sign papers. That dealership ruined it because their floor manager was rude to my wife repeatedly and tried to charge me 11k more than the advertised price online. My wife called down to Ken GAnley KIA asked a few simple questions and got direct answers from the internet sales rep. With assurance that the price would not change from what they told me on the phone, I pitched a plane ticket and flew to Tampa, got an Uber to New Port Richey and arrived at the dealership. From the moment I arrived I was treated with great respect and friendly service. Repeated offered refreshments and asked if there is anything I needed. The sales men were great and in particular my sales man was VERY knowledgeable about my new car, spent over an hour setting up my KIA app, and walking me through every feature in the car and setting up all the KIA connect features. I felt I had a very good knowledge of all the electronic and safety features settings when I left thanks to the great service. My salesman also followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I didn’t have any questions. He also told me that he would call back again to check up and see if I needed anything. Amazing service before, during and after the sale. When it’s time to trade in my wife’s vehicle we will be driving the 8hrs south to purchase here.

Worked with Tom Smith and he was very helpful in deciding which car would be the best for me as a 20 year old who’s never bought a new car. We ended up with a Forte Gt-Line and I am in love with it. Thank you to Tom and everyone else on the team who helped. Also would recommend them selection wise- they have a larger selection than other dealerships I’ve seen and everyone there is very kind.

The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the car . My salesman is super helpful and friendly. The financial manager is a great with my needs. I can’t rave enough about this dealership and it’s people. No high pressure sales, no haggling, huge inventory. Worth the drive if you are looking for a new Kia. You won’t be disappointed. If you stop in find Saritza and Peter-you can high-five me later!
