AT&T Store

Have been at the store several times for help Matt has been great and so has his manager James we appreciate all the help they give us

Matt was a absolute pleasure and saved my wife and I alot of money thank u again for all the help Matt gave us!!

The staff is super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Don't go anywhere else for your phone or tablets.

This is a positive review for the Little Road @TroubleCreek store in Port Richey, FL

After dropping my phone, I needed a new one asap!! I stopped at an AT&T store on US19@Ridge and was treated very rudely and "talked down to" by a female, with long, blonde hair who kept repeating that I would have to "buy a new phone". Obviously!!! I left that store, empty-handed and unhappy since I am a prepaid AT&T customer who pays my entire cell phone bill in one chunk for the year, as my selected plan indicates I must.

So ... I recall having an excellent experience a year ago at another branch (Little Rd@TroubleCreek) that was less convenient to my home, so I called there and was greeted warmly on the phone, felt I was listened to, and was encouraged to come into the branch. Upon arrival, store was clean, organized, and both workers(Matt and Johnny) were both ready to help me.

Matt did all the hands-on work to my new phone to set it up for me, mirroring my old phone. Since the process itself was long, both were extremely friendly, recommending products and the DirecTV services since I am such a sports fan while the phone did its work.

I did share my experience with them about the other AT&T branch, and I guess I'm not the only one with a similar experience because they see other customers come to the Little Road@TroubleCreek Road as a result of poor service at the US19@Ridge branch.

Well done, AT&T for hiring these two guys! And I want them so to know how much I appreciated their excellent customer service. Go Bills!!!

Matt was awesome. Great guy. Very helpful and down to earth. Will come back here every time. He did everything to get my wife and I into a new iPhone. Great people!!!
