Update: We hired Franklin to paint the exterior of our 2,000 sf home. The price was very reasonable, and the price he quoted was the price we paid—no surprises. Each day Franklin arrived promptly at 8:00 and gave a full day’s work. He was meticulous in his prep, even covering the windows completely to ensure he had no overspray. We did not find any messes anywhere. Franklin’s quality of work and reliability mean that we will certainly call him again for the next job. -
