Normally, when you have had to go back for assistance multiple times, things go from bad to worse. This was not our experience with Angela and Kris, who spent time assisting us with building the right prescription for a first time wearer. We appreciated their patience and willingness to educate us on the best option. Angela’s level of dedication to making sure we understood what frames would work best was unparalleled and extremely helpful. Thank you for taking the extra time - we are very grateful.

I had a great experience. Dr. Fallin was awesome and so was the entire staff. Mr. Kevan Long was exceptional in the optical department. He worked with my favorite existing frames. He explained all my options and was very thorough and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

The BEST eye doctors in town! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Amanda Brown makes you feel comfortable and is able to answer all of my questions. She is also great with my kiddos. Suzette is my go to girl for all of my glasses needs!

I love this place! All locations are very friendly and helpful. The nurses are great! Dr. Fallon is top notch, and Suzette is AMAZING! She was very sweet to me and helped me find a pair of glasses that I liked (which was not easy)! She also helped me with my insecurity in finding glasses. Highly recommend!

The best eye doctors in Lubbock! From calling and making an appointment, checking in, the staff and doctors were absolutely amazing with my entire family. We have never felt more welcomed or comfortable at a medical office. Front desk ladies were amazing! Nurses/Techs were fabulous, and the doctors have such a good bed side manner.
