After a couple of bad hair experiences in the past, I was searching to find someone that I could trust to do my hair. I happened to set up an appointment at J.Joseph Salon in Trinity 2 months ago and I was booked with Natalie for a haircut and a glaze. Natalie was very sweet, attentive, very knowlegable and professional. We talked about my past horrible hair experiences and the fact that I had a lot of anxiety when it came to getting my hair done. She really listened to me and asked me about my hair goals, which I absolutely loved and it helped calm my anxiety. After showing her different pictures of what I wanted she told me that what I was showing her was called balayage and that she was very confident she could fulfill my hair goals. Fast forward 2 months later and today Natalie definitely delivered. She took my black Latina hair and made it a warm caramel balayage. This girl has skills!!! I'm so happy to have met Natalie and finally have someone that I can trust with my hair who knows how important communication with their client is and she talks you through the process.
