I brought my bike into the shop today with a malfunctioning hand break. I was greeted right when I walked in and helped immediately. I was thrilled it was a simple fix. The technician educated me on how to fix it if the problem arises again and educated me on a few other bike tips. I was expecting to drop it off and pay at least $100. It was a 60 second fix with no charge! This is my bike shop for life! Amazing people. Amazing service. Thank you!

Good service, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of bikes. Brought in several bikes and they've fixed them either that day or had them ready the next. Repairs are done correctly, no need for follow-up visits. If they don't have something in store they will order it.
