(December 4, 2020, 11:50 am)My son is 14 and loves going here both for the strength and conditioning as well as the Baseball Academy. Ryan and Tommy are great and will adapt to any areas that you feel your kid is lacking in.
(December 4, 2020, 11:15 am)Great place! My son is 14 and goes to Athlete Retreat 3 days a week for strength and conditioning as well as the baseball academy. Excellent instruction with individual attention given to work on the areas he needs and wants to work on most. He truly enjoys being there and working with Coach Ryan and Coach Tommy. Highly recommend.
(December 3, 2020, 1:30 pm)My son is a high school thrower (Track & Field) after playing many years of baseball as a catcher. The staff at AR has adjusted for his specific needs relative to strength & mobility and provided him with consistent direction and guidance, but with plenty of autonomy to mature as an athlete without overcomplicating the process. A great culture!
