My experience with U3DPS has been nothing short of outstanding. I was looking to buy a Flux Beamo and U3DPS offered a very competitive open box price that interested me, but I wasn't sure if the company would be reliable when it came to support. Luckily, testimonies for U3DPS from other Beamo owners in the Flux Facebook group were glowing, so I reached out to the sales team to get a few extra questions answered. Natalie was knowledgeable, friendly, and reassured me about my open box concerns, so I went ahead and purchased my machine.

The Beamo arrived safely, but the outer box was heavily damaged in shipment and I was missing two items in my accessories box. As I was required to keep the shipping box for at least a year (as per warranty) and the missing accessories included an important vent clamp, I emailed support and Zeth immediately replied the same day and told me he had shipped out a new box with the accessories, no questions asked. He even gave me a call to make sure the machine was okay!

Since then, I've corresponded with Zeth when my Beamo has had minor issues and he always responds promptly in an engaged and caring way. I really appreciate the effort that U3DPS' representatives put into resolving customer questions and I feel reassured that I have top-notch service to help me deal with any problems my machine might have. I would wholeheartedly recommend U3DPS to anyone. :)

USPS sucks and UPS mail inovations seems redundant, but a week after it was delivered it showed up. Will buy from again I'll just have to fork up the extra money for better shipping

Big thank you to Zeth at Ultimate 3D Printing Store. I contacted them concerning a few questions I had. I am converting both of my Phrozen Shuffle XLs to Mono screens. He took the time to promptly return all my emails, answer all of my questions and even called me directly after a few rounds of emails.

Unfortunately, they have been discontinued and only had one kit in stock, which I was totally bummed about. However, he took some extra time, looked around to see what he could find. He really went above and beyond. He ended up finding a customer returned kit that was uninstalled. He offered that kit to me at a discount, even though it was only missing a micro usb cable.
I was really impressed with his blind willingness to take the time for a new customer. We really don't see this kind of customer service too much. I just wanted to let everyone know they are a top notch, very professional company. They will get my business again in the future.

Update: Received my packages, and let me tell you it was packaged probably better than anything I've received in the mail. OEM packaging, and clear warning labels that in fact it was fragile. Zeth even followed up with me with another email about receiving the packages, which is also unheard of from 99% of the companies out there. I told him that in the future I am planning on purchasing a large format Modix BIG-180-XL printer and that I would be buying it from them instead of going through the manufacturer. Thanks Zeth! You have a customer for life.
