Mr. Coulter and his team were extremely helpful. My 96 year old brother-in-law needed a Power of Attorney. Within an hour, Mr. Coulter explained, in detail, the Florida requirements and laws, prepared a PoA and Instructions to agents for us, made the notarized copies, and prepared copies.
We could not be more pleased and will definitely use him in the future.

I highly recommend using Delzer, Coulter and Bell. They communicated to me the requirements that I needed to complete and made it easy and fast. They were totally professional to deal with. They fee they charged me was very fair and much less then I had expected. (I previously had dealt with estate issues so I was prepared be charged a higher fee.). It's nice to get such good customer service - it doesn't happen much nowadays.

We have used this law firm twice in 17 years for estate planning and the preparation of wills and power of attorney documents.
