Spanish gentleman was super helpful explained things clearly and made us a great deal. I’ve been here many times over the years for one reason or another and I have yet to have a problem. Always great customer service and I love shopping here too.

Went in to see if they could do a repair on my engagement ring that had been bent.

I brought some jewelry in to generate some side cash. Turns out they weren't worth much via the free consultation. Regardless, it was a great experience. Craig was very patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything to me and suggest other options on how to sell the stuff I brought in. The rest of the staff were funny and you could tell they enjoyed where they worked. I did end up buying a small Dremel and found an extra accessories kit that was comparable with it. At a great price too!

I went in after reading some good and bad reviews to pawn some merchandise thinking I wasn't going to get that much due to the way the times are. I was blessed with a wonderful person named Shayne. She is so nice, upbeat and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure she was able to help me and get me at least the minimum amount that I needed. She also helped to explain the different options they have so that I can repay it in the most efficient way possible. I would definitely refer this place to anyone and everyone. They were all very nice and helpful but Shayne hit it out of the park with her personality and will. Golden Nugget should be your go to place.

Everyone was very friendly and greeted you as such when you came in. I took some old jewelry and designer bags in.. Craig was very helpful and gave me a fair price for the jewelry. Shayne was so friendly, easy to talk to .. we had some laughs! She also gave me a fair price for the bags I took in..Andrew was great, he was kind enough to look at some jewelry for me as well.. I would highly recommend anyone to go to the Golden Nugget!
