I did food prep and lost 15lbs and again the food had me reordering. She is a wonderful person and treats everyone like family.

(July 14, 2022, 10:36 am)The meals that were made were very delicious and on top of that fresh and healthy! Not a lot of people can cook delicious food that taste flavorful and healthy. KLD tops both and her kindness is through the roof. Definitely would recommend KLD for catering and She also does meal prep which can save a lot of people time when your living a busy lifestyle!

As a busy mom of 4 & a wife life can be a little hectic, I love that KLD can provide a nutritious meal for myself & my family! Can’t wait to place my next order

(July 13, 2022, 3:15 pm)I normally get the BEC sandwich (which is delicious) for breakfast but went by on lunch and got the Italian Hot Sub and it was better than good. During the work week l definitely be coming here for breakfast and lunch too
