All specialty beverages/refreshers will leave you impressed! The owner Desi at Bloom is passionate with her craft and her knowledge of expertise shines through! She tailors your drink for your individual preference, whether you are on a diet, or need a quick caffeine fix, or a boost of hydration she’s got it figured out.
The interior is thoughtfully designed with a harmonious blend of rustic and modern elements. Natural light streams through large windows, illuminating the cozy seating areas that beckon you to unwind and savor your drink, read a book, or even perhaps study. I wholeheartedly recommend Bloom to anyone in search of a really good café.

(March 24, 2023, 2:41 pm)My mother in law and I have been wanting to try this for a little bit. We LOVED it! The Acai bowls were so good. Literally a 'feel good' meal. We will most definitely be back.
Fruit was fresh cut and delicious. We can't wait to try waffles and their drinks.

(December 12, 2022, 4:36 pm)My girlfriend and I stopped by due to a wedding in town. Originally we both just wanted coffee and a Frappuccino. However, we were in for a treat. The protein , waffle with blueberries, bananas, strawberry, and a little bit of whip cream and Nutella on the top!! we are out of towners, and we will definitely be making a trip back to bloom San Antonio. Thank you for the fresh food and the friendly staff!
