Sergio is wonderful!! He provides fantastic customer service. Very well informed and kind. Whenever I call the Margate location I am so happy he answers the phone.

Excellent service, sweet to owners and pets. I visited them in need of an international health certificate for travel. They took care of everything relieving tons of stress. My Bichon Frise is now happy in Costa Rica ❤️

We have four cats, and bring all four to this Banfield location. The staff are AMAZING, and they take our cat's health seriously which is GREAT because one has a heart condition and the other has a neurological condition. The staff are always kind and attentive to our cat's needs, and they were extremely sympathetic when we found out our eldest was having seizures. I can't recommend them enough!

I was greeted like family. Fast and efficient. Very caring staff, especially the veterinarian. Called last minute, and they squeezed me in. Thank you. Excellent service and price. We will definitely recommend anyone to get their pets' care done here

We went to Banfield yesterday with our new husky, Kona, and words can't even describe how amazing our visit was. We rescued him a little over a week ago, with little to no information on him, and it's clear he had a hard life prior to us rescuing him. Our nurse was Symone and she was literally an angel!! From the very beginning she was SO patient and so kind. She knew Kona was so worked up and nervous so she took her time.. giving him a few minutes between tests to let him calm down. When he went for bloodwork without us he was really freaking out. I was peaking through the door. There was at least 3 nurses sitting on the floor with him giving him bloodwork and petting him to ease his nerves. They even gave him liver to distract him. Symone treated my dog as if it was her own and it is clear that she's not only extremely knowledgeable, but truly cares about these animals so much. She suggested splitting up all the vaccines he needed, to make sure he reacts okay. She went over his entire plan of care for the next 2 months or so. She answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and even printed out more info on something we were talking about! We seriously keep talking about how amazing she was because we are just in shock at how amazing of an experience she made it! We were all nervous and thanks to Symone we left having a great experience, and our baby is now getting the vaccines and care he needs to live a healthy life. We signed up for the monthly plan which was a no brainer because we will never take Kona anywhere besides Banfield. By the end, Kona was trying to go with Symone on his own!! So if you are looking for a place who will not only listen to your concerns, but actually treat your pet like their own, I highly recommend Banfield!! Symone and fellow employees, we seriously cannot thank you enough for making our first visit with Kona an amazing one!! Can't wait to see you again in 3 weeks!

This is a novel place for little kids to experience. There are trails to hike on through the woods, too.
