Actually just happened right now at 11 PM. We called Tom to help with leak in the bathroom, he came in right away and fix it perfectly. Very honest, thoughtful and professional. We had our softener done with him as well 8 years ago. Highly recommended

We had a leak in the bathroom coming through the wall onto the floor on
a Friday afternoon. After calling several plumbers, one of which that we had used in the past several times, we were either told it would be next week, or no response at all. We were lucky enough to call Tom Shell Plumbing. A very nice customer service person said that she would contact her plumber and he should be able to be at our house that afternoon. We were so grateful when Mike Neal came that afternoon.
He gave us the bad news that we had a leak under the slab of the house,
and suggested that the house needed a total repipe since we had old
copper piping that had already leaked 4 other times. Mike and his associate, Charles, were fantastic. Mike stabilized the leak so we could get through the weekend, and Mike and Charles started the repipe that Monday. We are so grateful that we found him. Both, were very polite
and considerate, calling before they came, wearing masks when they
were in contact with us. Every afternoon when they left, Mike would
always say, "Call me if you need me. You have my cell phone #". He offered to drive back from home if we had a problem, which speaks volumes in this day and age. If we ever have another problem we
know who to call. Thank you Mike and Charles. You're great!
