Douglas Dentistry

Had a great experience at Douglas Dentistry. I chose this place because of the great reviews, and the staff lived up to them. Everyone was very friendly and informative and made me feel comfortable. I am glad I went with this place.

My husband and I went there for the first time. We were welcome very nice by the front ladies, they all were happy to help. The hygienist was great, and Dr. Douglas was very profesional, he took his time to explained everything, he gave us advises on what it needed to be done.
We were very very happy with our visit, I will recommend Dr. Douglas to all my family and friends.

I’m ecstatic to find this dentist!!! Making an appointment was easy, I requested one through their website and they then called me.

They emailed me forms that I filled out ahead of time. I showed up at the time they stated and they got me in earlier than my scheduled time.

The people at the front desk were so nice!!!! The one woman actually walked around to me sitting in the waiting room to give back my insurance card. I know that’s a small thing, but EVERY other office I have been to they never did that.

And let me stress that EVERY person there is so kind! So happy to answer any questions I had, and you can tell they care and enjoy their profession.

When they did my x-rays, I was legitimately stunned how easy it was. I have a very bad gag reflex and every other dentist I have been to; they basically put in about 15 different things and it was actually painful and I nearly puked. Here they took 5 different ones, super easy and quick. My gag reflex never happened!!!!!!!

For this next part I’m going to give a little bit of background information. Long story short, my past 2 dentists said I needed major work done on my back teeth. So I was very nervous coming in after it has been a couple of years of no dentist. Dr.Douglas looked and showed me my x-rays and says he sees nothing wrong. I didn’t even have a cavity!!!! I do have some sensitivity to my back teeth with yellowing, but he explained it’s normal porous dentin! So that tells me, those other places were lying!!!

I then met the hygienist, she helped clean my teeth and gave me a fluoride treatment for the sensitivity. Helped make my next cleaning appointment. And I was out the door a little over an hour after I initially showed up.

Professional, honest, and kind. I’m no longer afraid to go back to a dentist.

Top notch team from the front office staff to Dr. Douglas himself! Everyone I have encountered at Douglas dentistry is professional, highly skilled and caring. Dr. Douglas takes his time, explains procedures clearly and is meticulous in his work. This is the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!!
