I have been a patient for a few years now and my experience has been the best. I went there recently and there was a mix up on my charges. I spoke with Luz and told her I would have to quit going due to the expense of the appt. We worked together and found out the issue and all is good now. She was willing to set up a payment plan to pay over time just so that I would not quit going. It is services like this that make going to Fl. Cancer wonderful and stress free. Dr. Wenk and staff are great. Very caring and willing to answer all questions. Very patient with my family asking questions. They all care and work very hard to give you quality of life while dealing with a horrible disease. I have never had any issues with communication. Everyone is very caring and willing to help make this as good as possible.
