I have booked with SLATE twice now. I booked my honeymoon with her back in 2018 which was a cruise through Royal Caribbean. The cruise was ultimately cancelled which was not SLATE’s fault. I promise you she cried with me when it was cancelled. Through the following weeks she helped me figure out what to do with my honeymoon. What I love is Stefanie gives her honest opinion. She will say if she’s stayed somewhere or if it’s the right vibe. Then I booked a family cruise recently in February 2020 through SLATE. Stefanie was so on top of everything. Any request I had, she knew how to handle it. She even handled the family situation perfectly knowing we were coming from different states and had different goals for the trip. So I put this review at 4 out of 5 stars and the only reason is SLATE does charge $25 for a cruise booking. I know there are other travel agencies that book them for free, so I don’t think it’s perfect. I never really asked but I believe there’s a reason for the charge. I hope this helps!

I highly recommend SLATE Vacations! Stefanie is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful in answering any and all questions, and she is amazing at getting you the best bang for your budget vacation! My family and I have booked three cruises with her and she NEVER disappoints! She’s great at what she does!! If you are planning a vacation, do yourself a favor and contact Stefanie. I’d rate ten stars if I could.

Stephanie and Slate Vacations are extremely good at what she does. I've used her on two major trips and a couple small ones....each time her work was thorough and complete... the FIRST time....any questions I had were returned promptly and without error. I couldn't ask for more!! I would, without question, recommend her to anyone needing to use a travel agent.

Stefanie organized and booked our trip to Universal Studios & cruise of the western Caribbean. The amount of effort in planning on our end was minimal. She took care of everything, including little surprises at each step of our journey, making the experience pleasant and unforgettable.
