Dr. Lura has been my doctor for many years. He listens and is interested in your well being and not just another number.

When I came to Dr. Lura, it was after experiencing excruciating pain for 20 months. I hobbled into his office using my walker and he said, “This is not quality of life and we’re going to find the cause of your pain and change that.”
He listened to me while actually looking at me, not busy plunking on his computer, but at me and listening to me. He asked me relevant questions. When I left he handed four referrals which his office called so the four referred doctors could set up appointments by calling me. Easy! I found by the second referral I didn’t have sciatica, nor was my pain in my head due to the death of my daughter, as I had been told, but two badly eroded hip joints due to osteoarthritis.
After two hip replacements, I am Pain-Free!!! He even had PT, OT come to my home. OMG! I have the greatest respect for Dr. Lura! He gave me back my life. My grouchy old husband loves him, too!

Dr Lura is thorough, open to patient input . He listens ! Office staff and nurses are AWESOME. Wouldn't change a thing !

Dr. Lura is amazing. I have been with him over 10 years and he has always given the best advice and never any BS. He is easy going and I highly value his expertise as my physician. If you cant handle truth then check yourself before posting something stupid because you didnt get your way. Thanks Dr. Lura for always being there for me.
