I have been seeing DR D for over ten years and the only explanation I can come up with as to why some people have written a bad review of him or his staff is because he would not simply write them a prescription for opioids without a thorough review of their need for pain medication , If you are looking for a doctor who will blindly write you a prescription for Narcotics this is not your guy. I have been to several pain management Doctors before I found Dr De La Garza and I have never met a more thorough and caring Doctor . He will come up with the pain management plan that is best for you, and that might not necessarily be the plan YOU think is best for you. He is the Doctor ! Just because you did not get exactly what you were asking for does not mean he is not a good doctor! On the contrary , I believe it shows he is setting the standard for how an upstanding pain management clinic should be run. I am an intelligent person and I would not put my health care in the hands of someone I do not have complete confidents and trust in . I apologize for getting up on a soap box here but when I see a disparaging remark about a Doctor of this caliber I feel the need to set things strait. Also as for his staff , like any other doctor he tries to employee the very best and most qualified people to represent his practice and yes over the past decade or more he may have had an employee or two who did not live up to his standards . I can tell you this , he reacted to it immediately and filled that role with someone who did meet those high standards . By the way I am not his brother or anything “LOL” I am just sticking up for him because he has earned it and he deserves it . So before you trust the one or two bad reviews read the 30 or 40 great reviews to form your opinion . I trust this Doctor and so should you.

I have been seeing Dr D for many years and he is caring and spends time to listen to my issues and helps me keep my pain under control if you are just a Drug seeking junkie then Dr D is not for you but if you are truly in pain he will take care of you with respect and compassion so all you Drug seeking junkie's who just want drugs then come on here to write bad reviews stay away from Dr D or you may one day meet me and you really don't want that this is not a threat it's a promise I am a cancer patient but I'm also one bad Mama
