It was my first time at this practice. They took over my former Gyn's patients. The wait was longer than expected (I waited an hour) but once I was inside the visit was pleasant. I will definitely go back and continue to use this practice. Hoping their plan to open a satellite office closer to my home will come to fruition.

I saw Dr. Torres for the first time today and I am so very impressed! Every person in the office was pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Torres is so sweet and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered and needs were addressed. I hope I never have to go anywhere else again! I will be referring my friends and family to her for sure!

Although my appointment ran late, I am a retired nurse and understand how those things happen. With that being said I am very fortunate to have Dr. Torres and her staff as my advocates. I have no doubt that my future follow up care is in the best of hands!

This is a great practice! While I met all of the providers throughout my pregnancy, most of my appointments as well as my labor and delivery were with Giovanna. She is amazing...patient-centered, respectful of birth preferences/ wishes, and spends as much time with you as you need at appointments. I could not have wished for a better experience during labor and delivery and much of that was due to Giovanna’s care and the exceptional staff at Mease Countryside.

Giovanna is amazing, she helped me through my whole birth. Robin was an amazing help made you feel like you were family. All the staff is very nice. Definitely a place to recommend to others. Very comfortable and very welcoming.
