(August 27, 2020, 11:34 am)My mother moved into this facility from another nursing home. The staff have been amazing. I get called every time there is a change to the physician's orders as well as weekly updates. Once a week I get a note in the mail about the COVID status of the staff and residents. During our quarterly care plan meetings the staff is attentive, well informed and very caring. My mother is VERY happy here. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and know how challenging this work can be. Their communication with my sister and I is very appreciated. Highly recommend.
