They manage, collect rents, and take care of all tenant property maintenance requests for service. They manage all vendors and payables, payroll, cash flow shortfalls and distributions. They also schedule telephone meetings with us, the owners, to discuss activity at our properties. Prior to those calls, we are supplied with reporting for each of our entities. Since they manage all of the accounting functions, they also meet with our CPA's annually for their review and in preparation for the annual tax returns. We trust them explicitly with over twenty-five companies' checking accounts that they manage online. We have also included several of our personal accounts.
