He also has a great sense of humor which allows you to feel at ease and not pressured. He has been doing this for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge and teaches the best techniques to achieve a better understanding.
I'm very happy with going there to refresh and learn new valuable tools to use if needed

The teacher was phenomenal as he has tons of experience and explained everything very well He gave everyone a chance to practice on the dummy’s multiple times and provided feedback during activities. He also made the class fun as he shared stories and made jokes
