Dr. Branch and his staff are amazing. My son, as a new patient, was able to get an appointment quickly and his care has been second to none. My son ended up needing a complicated surgery and Dr. Branch thoroughly explained the procedure to us and answered all of our questions. His staff was always available for questions and very flexible with scheduling. I didn’t have to wait 24+ hours for a callback if we had a question. Dr Branch is a true professional and I have been nothing but impressed with the care my son received. I highly recommend Dr Branch and his team if you/family member need an ENT.

I was able to get into the office quickly as a new patient and for a follow up. Dr. Branch may seem serious at first, but he is very thorough and explained the results of my test in great detail and explained what my next step should be and why. Tiffany and Brittany are great and professional and worked with my schedule.

I'm grateful Dr Branch, Britney & Tiffany are now sharing the facility with my Primary doctors at Family Care of Tampa Palms. We've been longing for a FMC ENT in New Tampa, Dr Branch and his team of medical professionals are caring and compassionate.
