HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have rented a condo near USF from Better Realty for a few years now and our direct contact was Kathy R. They have been an absolute pleasure and very professional. We use the online renter portal to autopay rent and make repair requests and Kathy would always contact us directly by either call/text within 24 hours to organize the repair. We are moving closer to work for my husband, but we could easily have seen ourselves renting with Kathy for several more years if we could!
I'm owner of a rental property in Tampa and have been working with Kathy Rieger since 2011 . She is awesome, the best property manager, I couldn't ask for more . We worked with Monty Bryan. We spent several years deciding on what we wanted and where that location would be. For all that time, he krptusinformed and when we came to town always had several homes for us to see, for either rent or ourchase. He was knowledgeable, patient, optimistic, and professional. When we did decide, he could recommend service professionals, painters, landscapers, and even local dentists and doctors! I give him my highest rating and feel quite confident that you will be as pleased and satisfied as we are.
We rent through Better Realty Services and have worked with Kathy who has been nothing but excellent. We moved from NJ two years ago and the process from beginning to end was painless and exceptional. Since moving in until now, we have no complaints. Sure we’ve had some issues here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Things happen and some repairs have been needed, but that’s expected. Just like anything else, things need work and/or replacement. We’ve had the AC unit act up and never went more than 24hrs without the issue being resolved. Nothing major, mostly just the AC unit needing to be unclogged. One time a part went bad, the capacitor, and the technician came out the very next day and fixed it.
Recently the dryer developed a problem and the appliance repair technician came out the next day and determined it was a problem with the electrical outlet/breaker. Kathy worked on having the electrician come out right away to have the issue fixed, which he did. Also the microwave developed some cracks on the door frame and the glass came loose. It was determined that a new door would be required.
Kathy went above and beyond by having a new dryer and microwave ordered. We are very happy with the service we’ve received so far from Kathy and Better Realty Services. We’ve been renting for two years now and although we plan to buy our own home in the near future, we will continue to rent from this company and work with Kathy in any issues that may arise.
I hope that nothing else happens where we have any issues, but if we do, it makes me feel so much better knowing that Kathy is just a phone call away and will resolve the issue in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Thank you Kathy for your awesome service and I look forward to continue working with you and your company.
