Mark and Thomas did a great job with repairs on a macbook that we need to keep around to run some legacy software on. Professional, communicated well and did the work very promptly.

This company was recommended to me by some church members that had use them in the past. Mark was very easy to get a hold of and to talk to brought my computer and explain the problem he was able to diagnose it quickly basically gave me a rundown of what they would do and how long it would take. When I went to pick up the computer , Thomas was the one I spoke to and took care of me explained a lot to me what I needed to do showed me a couple things and gave me some explanations showed me a shortcut also has agreed to help me once I’ve done those things he’s asked me to do because I am very computer illiterate he said he would take the time to show me a couple of things I really appreciate that and his exact words “ there is not enough kindness in the world“. I did not expect this kind of service from a company I expected the basic service but these gentlemen are going above and beyond to help me so I would highly recommend them a five star company if you have any issues with your laptop your computer this is the company you need to to hire.

They are very knowledgeable and competent. The drraw back was I called multiple times, when I got someone the next day the tech apologized for not being able to answer the phone because he was on the phone with another client working though an issue and everyone was on the road. I respected his honesty. I will use them as my go to IT team. Great service and job!

These people did an excellent job repairing my computer. I had taken it to one of the big box retailers with a repair division, they quoted over three times the amount and weren’t even sure what was wrong with it. Complete IT walked me through the potential problems, cost estimates for easy possible solution, and kept me apprised through each step. My total cost ended up being less than a third of the initial quote from the first vendor.
