The moment I went in I was was welcomed with a nice, smiling and gentle staff and clean quiet office. The audiologist was great. Then the doctor is very caring. As someone living in the states coming from a different background, I safely say Dr. Brett is THE BEST doctor in America or even beyond. As much as busy he is still took the time to discuss my concerns. He treated me like how I treat myself with respect and thoroughness in my worst year in my life so far. Dr. Scotch and group listen closely, spend adequate time, address all concerns and I love that he'll avoid surgery when possible. Extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Wonderful experience. I recommend requiring masks in waiting area since there was a man with a bad cough when we were there. The waiting room is clean and pleasant, no loud TV or obnoxious music. Pleasant experience.
