(December 10, 2021, 7:08 pm)We have worked with Mary Beth Pfannerstill from Team Bohannon twice; once to purchase and once to sell a home. Both times she was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The first time we worked with her we were new to the Tampa area and looking to purchase a home. She spent a lot of time helping us explore different areas throughout the Tampa metro and worked with us to really help us understand the Tampa market and identify what we were looking for. When we decided to sell our home, she promptly got it on the market, provided continuous feedback from each and every showing and made the process as seamless as possible for us. She went above and beyond to take care of everything since we had already moved out of state and she also sold our home for over asking. We have purchased and sold several homes in different states and Mary Beth is by far the best agent we have worked with; her customer service, industry knowledge and promptness are unparalleled. We would absolutely work with her again in heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
