Rosel was phenomenal and such a pleasure to work with. I spent a month on the Florida shots website trying to get a replacement Covid card.

I called Rose she looked up my information and said when do want to pick it up? I walked in the next day, told her my name. She had my card ready and I was out within 2 minutes.

Always friendly staff, me and my daughter have been to this office and the nurses and doctor that I’ve seen for several years have been nothing but kind and compassionate… office staff goes above and beyond to make these visits smooth and amazing . Thank you guys for all you do .

The facility is clean and the staff was fun.

Overall our experience was great, we needed to get some immunizations for school. The waiting area is very clean and organized and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is it was a little confusing where to go .they have WIC and a healthy start program in the same area. Also, I couldn't get through to anyone in immunizations over the phone prior to coming in. But service and time wise while we were there was great.
