Best customer service around. The lady greeted us at the door, offered suggestions, and selected some items to try on. She made me feel valued.

Chicos is always good with returns and the staff is always nice and helpful. Usually have a good clearance selection and good coupons to make clothing more affordable.

Work pants shopping for me is usually time consuming and disappointing. I tried on several pants at the nearby JC Penny and none fit properly. Ruthy (Ruthie) guided me to what I was looking for. She also introduced me to Chico’s Style Connect. With the 40% off everything in store and the 10% off with signing up for text alerts, I left with time and money to spare!

Store was clean and neat. Greeted by Kim within seconds of walking in. She asked a few questions and gave me time to browse. I tried on a number of items. Kim brought different sizes as needed and offered to order items. Paid for my purchase. Kim walkex it around desk and thanked me. Very pleasant experience. Just wasn't too thrilled with the fall colors and styles.
