It's been a few years since I was at this lens crafters for eye exam but I was very impressed. They still had all my records from back in 2016 that they were able to compare to today's exam. Dr.Toshiya was very good at explaining everything and answered all my questions. I was seen within 10 min of my appointment time in and out within half hour. I haven't had my prescription done yet but hopefully the front of the store will be as efficient as Dr. Toshiya office was.
